CHICAGO OLMSTEAD PROJECT
The PROVIDER OLMSTEAD NETWORK, BUILDERS OLMSTEAD NETWORK MEMBERS and the REAL ESTATE OLMSTEAD NETWORK MEMBERS are made up of businesses and orginations that provide services to elderly and disabled persons so they can live where they choose. This group recomend policy and national goals of the Olmstead projects to the NATIONAL OLMSTEAD COORDINATING COUNCIL BOARD. They also co-sponser workshops to consumers. Their term of office is 2 to 4 years.
As a member of Voters of Illinois with Disabilities, the board members are able to aid congress and others to write and pass legislation that will allow the elderly and disabled to live and work in dignity.
