Able Home Aides is a proud Member of

& Real Estate Professionals Association. As a member, we
advocate
for affordable accessible housing for all persons with disabilities and
the
elderly. We work closely with Mayor Daley of Chicago, IL and his office
of
Persons with Disabilities to build affordable housing with the
Universal Design Project, and his efforts to build
accessible-affordable housing. We work with builders and real state
agencies to educate them on the grave need for accessible housing for
the elderly and persons with disabilities.

 We are proud to be an American company OUR GOAL Our goal is to serve our diverse groups of
elderly and disabled American people by providing useful products so
that our products allow our elderly and disabled people to live where
they choose, in a community based setting. By working closely with the TLC
Foundation in the task of testing and certifying
products. Thereby insuring that the quality of these products will
allow these
groups of American citizen to continue to live fruitful lives. We
link
with insurance groups and government agencies to help our clients
finance
the equipment.
OLMSTEAD APPROVED PRODUCTS & SERVICES To insure our consumers are purchasing
the best products for living independently, Able Home Aides has
developed a plan together with the CONGRESS
OF DISABLED PERSONS AGAINST EXPLOITATION (CODPAE) and the TLC
Foundation to test and certify products and services. After
products are
tested by disabled consumers, they will be certified as Olmstead Approved Products and
Services (OAP) . Once approved, CODPAE will advocate
that insurance agencies, government and private agencies, and
rehabilitation centers to
purchase these high quality products and services. Partnerships are
being
developed with such departments as the U.S. Department of
Human
Services and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
along
with its Independent Living Program to provide quality
products. Universal
Consultants, Inc., and its division Able Home Aides are
proud
to work with the President, government private agencies, and consumers
to
develop the President's Executive Order
into one of the most important undertakings yet.
