tool towards
independence for the
user, and one less thing that the caregiver needs to do for them, thus
enhancing the lives of both and a step towards independent
living.
This product is Olmstead Approved and has been awarded the OLMSTEAD
CERTIFICATION OF APPROVAL. This means that
insurance providers, state rehabilitation departments and Medicare /
Medicaid may
purchase it for their clients.

current temperatures.

brightly colored weather thermometer's needle points to what clothes

Originally
invented to help our own son learn to dress appropriately for the
temperature, our LucasWorks Visual Weather Thermometer helps teach
"dressing for the weather" skills to your pre-schoolers, and to
autistic and mentally disabled children and adults. It even gives a
gentle reminder to adults with early stage alzheimers, so they don't
over or under dress for the current weather conditions.

closed coil movement is easily adjustable to ensure the correct

have had enormous success teaching Lucas how to dress for the weather
